About This Station
Central Reformed Baptist Church in Mongu is a robust and fruitful mission station celebrating two decades of faithful Gospel ministry in the Western Province. The church is characterized by biblical teaching, missionary vision, leadership development, and an extensive network of daughter churches. Through Mongu Ministerial College and Sishemo Missions Secondary School, the congregation multiplies Gospel impact across generations.
Leadership
The congregation is led by Pastor and Missionary Binwell Chibesa, with three Elders-Manjoni Matanda, Paton Chinga, and others-and two Deacons-Michael Tembo and Bernard Kanyanga-providing robust pastoral care and church governance.

Daughter Churches
Central Reformed Baptist Church in Mongu has planted and nurtured four daughter churches:
- Lutende Baptist Church
- Nakato Baptist Church
- Ilundu Baptist Church
- Mweke Baptist Church
The congregation recently baptized 15 new believers and is actively developing local leaders in each daughter church through intentional discipleship.
Gospel Through Education
Mongu Ministerial College
The church operates Mongu Ministerial College, which currently enrolls 21 students (including 5 from daughter churches) in theological and pastoral training.
Sishemo Missions Secondary School
Sishemo Missions Secondary School serves approximately 175 pupils with a dedicated teaching staff of 16 educators, providing quality Christian education.
Growing & Multiplying
The congregation is pursuing a “weaning” process with daughter churches, gradually transferring oversight and autonomy while maintaining pastoral support and fellowship.
